Here's happening in the life of our church.
In difficult life experiences, it can be easy to feel like we’re dealing with things alone. In the context of faith and church life, we can often convince ourselves we shouldn't be struggling as much as we are. You’re not alone! And it's okay to not be okay. There are people who understand, who have been where you've been, and are where you are. If you, or someone you know, could use a community of support, go here to find a Care Group.
Wednesday Nights are back! Bring your whole family for dinner at 5:30pm. Then, at 6:30, we have childcare, kids, and middle school programs. For adults, we’re offering two different 4-week studies: Connecting with God & Why Are We Here? In the fifth week, those studies will shift to our all-church study called: Identity Crisis: A Study on 1 John. Just go here for more info and signups.
Speaking of Identity Crisis, our sermon series and all-church study for next month, we’d love for everyone at Cornerstone to be in a study group for those 5 weeks! We know it’s a big goal, but we have faith! To be able to do that, we really need more small group facilitators! It’s easy to do, there’s no teaching involved, and we train you! Please consider it - and then go here to sign up by September 15th!
