Here's what's happening in the life of our church.
Have you signed up yet? Wednesday Nights are starting this Wednesday, January 22nd, at all three campuses! Dinner is at 5:30. Then at 6:30, there’s childcare, kids programming and Midpoint for middle school. For you adults, there’s 20/20 Vision at 84th St., The Book of Colossians at Heritage Hill and Equipped at South Wyoming.
February 9 thru 16, the 84th St. Campus will be home to families who are temporarily without a home, thru IHN (Interfaith Hospitality Network). Please choose a way to help welcome these families with open arms! You can donate food, serve a meal, be an overnight host, help with kid's activities and more. Let’s make these Moms, Dads and kids feel at home!
If you, a friend or loved one has ever needed blood, you know how important donations are! January is one of the months donations are at their lowest. That’s why we’re having a blood drive at our 84th St. Campus on Sunday, January 26th, from 8am to 1pm. We invite you from any campus to 84th St. Sunday, Jan. 26 to give. Please, go use the link below to sign up for a time slot!
If you consider Cornerstone your church home, we're inviting you to think about becoming a member! Exploring Membership is designed to clearly explain what Cornerstone is all about, and ends with an opportunity to become a member. The next class is Sun., February 2nd at 84th St.
NAMI: Family to Family
It can be overwhelming being a loved one of a person with mental illness ~ you face lots of challenges. NAMI (NAH-mee) (National Alliance on Mental Health) is a non-profit organization that offers a free education class. It gives you information, resources, and access to a community of people facing the same challenges. The class is happening Thursdays, starting February 6th at 84th St.
