Additional Information / FAQ

What does baptism mean?

As an adult, baptism is a public declaration of your decision to become a follower of Jesus Christ and show your faith both in action and word.

You’re challenged to live out your faith in your lives.

What does baptism look like at Cornerstone?

As one church with three locations, you can participate in baptism at any campus, regardless of which one you attend. All baptisms are held on Sundays, 2-3pm. This one-hour celebration includes a time of worship, teaching, baptism (both sprinkle and immersion) and blessing.

Can my infant/child/teenager be baptized?

The short answer is yes. Please see the baptism brochure for more on why we baptize and what that means in the United Methodist Church.
